Share of wallet, council by council
See the share of observed council spend attributed to you in each council, next to the unserved spend it leaves. Every figure carries its England scope and a "data current to" date.
Account planning for suppliers to UK councils
Axxo Intel is an account plan for suppliers to UK councils: your share, the largest evidenced gaps and the contracts nearing a decision window. Every number opens to the records behind it.
Share of wallet and spend figures cover England. Notices, registers and recompete windows cover the UK.
Not a feed of advertised tenders. A private workspace built around your own share of wallet.
See the share of observed council spend attributed to you in each council, next to the unserved spend it leaves. Every figure carries its England scope and a "data current to" date.
Rank categories and councils by the spend you do not yet hold, so the Monday pipeline meeting starts from evidence. Unserved spend is not guaranteed revenue, and we label it that way.
Registered awards approaching a decision window, each labelled with its procurement regime and how sure we are of the end date. A contract with no usable end date is shown as not windowed, not guessed.
Core features
Open a council to see observed addressable spend, the spend attributed to you, your share of wallet, the category breakdown, the suppliers being paid and any registered awards. Save the councils you work and keep a shared list for the team.
Click a headline, a chart segment or a supplier row to see the transactions or awards behind it. Dashboards, reports and exports reconcile to the same accepted snapshot.
No one can promise that every council publishes complete data, and we do not pretend otherwise. Each council shows its coverage state and a "data current to" date. Where an answer is missing, we say so instead of showing a zero.
We compare each accepted snapshot with the last and tell you what moved on your saved councils: a new award, a contract change or termination notice, a competitor appearing for the first time, or a material shift in your share. It is change detection on accounts you already care about, not a tender feed.
Every number opens to the records behind it.
Your supplier identity reviewed, your competitor watchlist, your councils.
Every figure carries its England scope and a "data current to" date.
New awards, first-seen competitors and share movements on the councils you save.
Tell us what you sell to councils and we will show you how the account plan would work for you.
